Historical and contemporary Girona

Dalí Theatre and Museum & Figueres
Visit the Dalí Theatre and Museum, Salvador Dalí’s final masterpiece and the world’s largest surrealist art piece. Learn about the artist’s youth in Figueres, how he conceptualized the museum and much more with a local guide specialized in Dalí’s life and work.

Salvador Dalí House in Portlligat & Cadaqués
Located in the natural bay of Portlligat, Salvador Dalí House-Museum was the home and workshop of the artist and his wife Gala for more than fifty years. Get acquainted with all the details, stories, nooks and crannies hidden there thanks to the knowledge of a local guide specialized in the life of the surrealist genius.

Gala Dalí Castle in Púbol & La Bisbal d'Empordà, Peratallada or Pals

Besalú & La Garrotxa Volcanic Area
Explore Besalú, one of Catalonia’s most remarkable and best preserved historical sites. Its medieval streets will take you back to the time of kings, queens, and cultural heritage, including the churches of San Julià and San Vicenç, the Monastery of Sant Pere and the Besalú mikveh, one of the last traditional Jewish baths in Europe.
You can also visit Santa Pau village, where you’ll find Garrotxa’s magnificent volcanic views. There’s lots to see in Santa Pau, including the volcano of Santa Margarida, the Croscat volcano and the Fageda d'en Jordà, a beech forest whose beauty boasts magical shades of light and color in every season.

Fishing villages: Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell and Pals
